Here’s a sport you probably haven’t heard of yet: skijoring. Imagine slopestyle alpine skiing meets waterskiing, but a horse pulls you instead of gravity or a boat. Each year, the residents of Leadville, Colorado host an event that’s all about this crazy mode of transportation in which competitors are pulled down the street at high speeds while they try to hit ramps, pass gates, and collect dangling rings on their arms.
