Downtown Denver’s Ruby Hill Rail Yard is officially open for the 2020 season.

Featuring 10 rails and multiple boxes, this urban terrain park offers skiers and snowboarders a chance to hone their skills without having to head to the mountains. It’s dependent on weather, but the rail yard is currently slated to be open into March.

The terrain park is made possible thanks to a partnership between Winter Park Resort and the Denver Parks & Recreation
department. More than 25 volunteers helped bring the park to life, which officially opened on February 12, 2020. Use the features in the park at your own risk. We recommend wearing a helmet.

This terrain park can be found off of South Platte River Drive and West Florida Avenue in the Mile High City. It’s open everyday from 5 AM to 11 PM and is free to use.
