Known for their legendary eggs benedict dishes, this Steamboat Springs establishment is a local favorite and as well as a pilgrimage for visitors to the ‘Boat. Grab some grub here before hitting the quarter mile trail to beautiful 280-foot Fish Creek Falls.


2. Mountain Rose Café, Winter Park

This cozy café located in a quaint cabin serves healthy portions of classic favorites like French toast and omelets. If you’re really hungry, go for the smothered breakfast burrito. You may not have to eat for the rest of the day after that dish.

Diner grub at its best. Get something with green chili on it—trust us, your taste buds will thank you.


4. Backstreet Bistro, Ouray

Everything is homemade—the pastries and pies will melt in your mouth, and the classic breakfasts are only beat by the lunchtime sandwich selection. If you’ve got a gluten allergy, you’re in for a treat with their homemade gluten free bread.
