If you’re a taco lover that also loves skiing, get pumped about the Taco Beast snowcat. It’s a taco truck like no other found at Steamboat Ski Resort in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
It’s in operation on mountain from 11AM to 2PM Thursday through Monday unless otherwise noted. As with many more traditional food trucks, this taco-snowcat doesn’t stay put. Find their location updated on their Twitter page.

Tacos are each $5 and include the options you’d expect like barbacoa, chorizo, and chicken.
