There's an exciting high-elevation attraction that's set to open soon for the season in Colorado and it's sure to deliver a rush.
Opening for the 2020-2021 winter season on December 12th, Keystone’s Mountaintop Tubing Hill is the highest snow tubing hill in the world, sitting at 11,640 feet above sea level.
Riders on these slopes get to enjoy picturesque views of the mountains while gliding down six lanes, varying in length from 400 to 650 feet.
Over the hill and through the woods, to Keystone’s tubing hill we go! Keystone’s Mountaintop Tubing will open for the season tomorrow. 🛷 Check our website for details on booking advanced reservations and safety protocols: https://t.co/f37PZvNoDn #TodayWePlay pic.twitter.com/9Oxn4i4YnI

There's also a lift service that whisks riders back up the hill for even more thrills and chills.
Each mountaintop tubing session is one hour long. Children must be at least 4 years old and 42 inches (3.5 feet) tall to go tubing. Currently, the cost for all ages is $45 and with a discounted half-hour session available for $30 starting at 3:30 PM. The tubing hill closes at 4:00 PM daily.
Plan to arrive at least an hour prior to a previously reserved tubing session to allow enough time for parking and signing waivers. Check-in is located in River Run Village, next to the gondola and Children's Ski School.
Reservations are required and can be made by calling (970) 496-4386. For more details about this experience, including rules and restrictions, click here.
