Wild winds were caught on camera on Monday on Highway 85 in Wyoming, reaching hurricane-force speeds and tipping over multiple semi-trucks.
This video, shared by Beth Hall, was posted to Facebook with the caption: "this was intense to watch and a complete fluke to have captured on film this afternoon."
The truck flipped onto its side in the grassy area that runs alongside the highway after being blasted by the powerful winds. Thankfully, the driver was uninjured.
If you look closely, you can also see a second semi-truck laid flipped on its side off the roadway.
The National Weather Service in Riverton reported hurricane-force winds Monday around the state of Wyoming. Winds ranged from 50 mph in Meeteetse to 88 mph along Chief Joseph Highway, reaching the strength of a category one hurricane.
Colorado is also no stranger to these wild winds, with strong mountain gusts shutting down ski lifts on Tuesday at Arapahoe Basin.
A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for parts of Colorado through Tuesday evening until 6:00 PM. The following zones are included 222, 226, 22, 228, and 229.
Dangerous weather conditions include winds gusting up to 40 mph and relative humidity as low as 8 percent.
