A 50-acre wildfire that's burning near Glenwood Springs, Colorado has shut down Interstate 70 in both directions.
The specific closure is around Mile Marker 120-121. Eastbound traffic is being stopped at Exit #116 and Westbound traffic is being stopped at Exit #133. Air support is involved in fighting the blaze.

For westbound travelers: US 24 to US 285 to Poncha Springs, where motorists can turn west on US 50, which reaches I-70 in Grand Junction
