Authorities arrested 23-year-old Trevor Fournier on Tuesday after Vail Police say he allegedly threatened a restaurant patron with a knife and chairs before fleeing the scene on foot.

Vail Police were called out to the La Cantina at about 8:25 p.m. on Sunday, February 7th, after the suspect randomly threatened a victim with a switchblade style knife and chairs while damaging property belonging to the restaurant.

On February 9th, Vail Police, with assistance from the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Trevor Fournier, 23, of Minturn, for felony menacing, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment. Photo courtesy of Vail Police.

Two days later, Fournier was arrested on tentative charges of felony menacing, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
