Get your sweat on with the new Sculpture Park Fitness Series coming to downtown Denver, offering back-to-back-months of creative outdoor workout sessions.

The Mile High City is getting "fit" this summer and fall at Sculpture Park in the Denver Performing Arts Complex. As part of the Sculpture Park Fitness Series, Denver Arts & Venues is teaming up with local fitness studios and cultural arts organizations to launch a series of 60-minute fitness classes in the park every Tuesday and Thursday from Tuesday, August 4 through Tuesday, September 29.

The creative lineup is comprised of dance, cardio-boxing, high-intensity interval training, meditation, barre, and yoga classes. It's designed to keep you moving without having to step foot in a gym.

Local fitness studios that are participating include Barre3, BLOCK21, Bodies by Perseverance, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, CM Dance, Edgar L. Page: Feel the Movement, Endorphin, Hot Mamas, Luna Vibrations, and Palango! Fitness.

Participants will be asked to wear face coverings and follow city and state COVID-19 mandates to further prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Social distancing measures will also be in place.

All experience levels are welcomed to join. Tickets are on sale now on AXS.com
