In-N-Out Burger opened its first two locations in Colorado, drawing lines of burger-crazed crowds to the wildly popular food chain for up to 14 hours.
Both Colorado In-N-Out Burger joints opened on Friday, November 20th, with the Colorado Springs restaurant located at 1840 Democracy Point, and the Aurora restaurant located at 14150 East Alameda Avenue.
Some customers waited in line for more than half a day just to get served at the newly opened location in Aurora. According to the Aurora Police Department, wait times in the drive-thru were up to 14 hours – and that's not counting people that camped out overnight.
"It’s official, traffic is double double animal style right now all around the mall," tweeted the Aurora Police Department on Friday.
It’s official, traffic is double double animal style right now all around the mall. We are on hand helping manage the massive traffic response. Be patient and be kind. Maybe support another local eatery today and In-n-Out another day if traffic is too hectic for you. https://t.co/p2wlfhTvVM pic.twitter.com/e9QxnFaRdF

A hungry brawl even broke, causing one man to not only lose his "cool" but his pants.
As if the In-N-Out saga couldn't get any crazier... a man lost his pants during a fight in the line. @innoutburger Watch: https://t.co/fRIVuRwr50

The California burger chain plans on opening several other locations across the state including in Lone Tree, Lakewood, and Fort Collins.
