The Colorado Springs Fire Department is responding to the scene of a grass fire that has sparked in the area of Fillmore Street and Centennial Boulevard.

No structures are threatened at this time and the fire is estimated at 2 acres. According to those at the scene, the fire is currently moving slowly.

Five brush trucks and three fire engines are responding, along with other resources.

This is a breaking and developing story.
