Colorado Governor Jared Polis announced on Friday that Colorado's mask mandate is set to extend for at least another month upon its set expiration come Monday.

"It's just common sense and it's smart," said Polis. "It shouldn't be controversial."

Masks have been a point of controversy since wearing them has been mandated.

The mask mandate requires the use of a mask in public indoor spaces and while using or waiting to use public transportation. Some exceptions apply.

This needs to stop. What happened to "flatten the curve"? A great example of unnecessary government overreach enacted by decree.
