Several streets in downtown Denver remain closed on Thursday afternoon as firefighters investigate a potential chemical leak at Coors Field.
UPDATE: Officials confirmed that no hazards or dangerous chemicals were found.

The roads were closed following an alert from a chemical detection system, according to the Denver Post.
Closures include Blake, 21st, Delgany, Park Ave, and 22nd, according to the Denver Police Department.
"Possible chemical leak at Coors Field," Denver Police tweeted at 2:28 p.m. "There are no injuries and crews will be on scene for a while longer."

Motorists should expect delays and are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid the area if possible.
Coors Field in downtown Denver is home to the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball.
