A major traffic accident on Interstate 25 in Colorado is causing significant delays Thursday afternoon.
A crash involving three semi-trucks and three cars has closed down lanes of Interstate 25 on Thursday in Larkspur. According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash is located on I-25 near mile marker 173.

Drivers are encouraged to use caution in this area. The speed limit has been lowered to 50 mph while crews work to clear the scene.
There is no estimated reopening time. No serious injuries have been reported as of 1:15 PM.
Emergency bridge repair work is also currently taking place between RidgeGate Parkway and E-470 and C-470, closing northbound lanes of I-25 at mile markers 192 to 193.

It would be helpful to know which direction of travel was closed by this crash. I suspect that it only occurred on one side of the freeway. If emergency workers closed the lanes in the opposite direction in order to bring in assets, just say so.
