Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, St. Elmo Historic District is one of the most well-preserved ghost towns in Colorado's high country. Thanks to a maintained dirt road, it's easy to access, giving a great look into Colorado's past to all that visit. Photos by Spencer McKee, OutThere Colorado.
