The most recent storm to roll through Colorado resulted in urban snowfall, slick conditions, and low visibility due to strong winds. During this winter weather, an accident occurred near Denver International Airport that left one driver dead.

According to a 10:10 PM tweet from the Denver Police Department, the accident happened in the 11100 block of Queensburg Street. It was later released that a vehicle collided with a snow plow in a two-vehicle crash.

According to the Denver Post, the plow driver was not injured.

Specific details about the wreck have yet to be released.

Another winter weather accident occurred yesterday sending a state trooper to the hospital.
