Start off with some appetizers including charred octopus, housemade meatballs, garlic asparagus, and smoked pork cheeks. Next move your way to the Neapolitan pies, hot, delicious, and charred to purr-fection. For traditional tastes, you can’t go wrong with the “Margherita,” a classic pie made with tomato conserva, stracciatella di bufala, basil, and extra virgin olive oil. If you’re feeling more adventurous, try the “Elk Pepperoni” with tomato conserva, asiago, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and fresh Italian herbs. The “Proscuitto Di Parma” a delicious combo of mascarpone, pecorino romano, arugula, and cured egg yolk is another good choice – the pawsibilities are endless!
