Storm headed to the mountains for Presidents Day

It was warm bluebird day in Breckenridge Friday, where I was working on a story about how skiers can learn to be experts and go from blue to black terrain.

Similar weather is in the forecast for today, but Big Changes (and I mean Big) are coming. The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for the mountains, from noon Sunday through 8 a.m. Monday, when 6 to 10 inches of snow are expected. Presidents Day should make for some pretty righteous skiing.

See you on the slopes!
