It appears we cannot get enough of crawling through mud and struggling across (or under) nets and via rope courses and splashing through cold water, etc. Look out Warrior Dash and Dirty Girls obstacle run, the Survivor Mud Run, a 5K, is coming to a 20-obstacle course in Johnstown in July. Organizers say the event was created to "test your all around toughness, strength, stamina, fitness, and mental determination. Upon your victory you will have earned your place in the Survivor world.
