Fighting for clean water

Environment Colorado released letters of support Thursday signed by more than 100 Colorado farmers, recreation business owners and elected officials urging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to safeguard the Arkansas River and waters throughout Colorado and the U.S. from pollution.

They are urging President Obama to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Clean Water Act by restoring critical protections.
