Levi Leipheimer celebrates winning the inaugural USA Pro Cycling Challenge in August 2011.
If you want to get close to the racing action and to some of the top cyclists in the world, consider volunteering at the 2nd annual USA Pro Cycling Challenge in August.
Organizers are looking for course marshals. Marshals are assigned to a section of the race course and tasked with keeping it clear and safe for the athletes and to keep spectators informed about the race, acting as an ambassador. You can volunteer to help one day or at different stages of the weeklong race.
Learn more about the race and sign up to help at the race website.
