Glenwood Springs is trying to get Front Range skiers and riders to come stay for a few days of fun with its new “Ski 7" campaign - highlighting affordable lodging and your choice of ski resorts and other activities.

Motto: “Seven Mountains. One Hot Spring. Save more. Play more. StayGlenwood.com.”

Saving money by not staying in Aspen or Vaill will let you “live large” in Glenwood Springs, promoters say.

And there's that ginormous hot springs pool to frolic in, day or night.

This is the first time there has been a joint promotion of the region's resorts - Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, Snowmass, Sunlight, Beaver Creek and Vail - and not just the always fun Ski-Swim-Stay deal that gets you lift tickets at Sunlight, pool passes and Glenwood Springs lodging.  (Out There's Jerry Herman and the fam were there for a few great days post-Christmas and even though the snow gods were not so kind, Jerry reports it was a great time.)
