SILVERTON (AP) — A Durango outfitter has been found guilty of unlawful sexual contact after he was accused of groping three women while giving them a snowmobile tour last winter. Keith Harper was convicted on two of the three charges Thursday by a San Juan County jury. Harper owns Outlaw Rivers & Jeep Tours.
