After high temperatures in the low 60s Monday, light snow is expected on parts of the Front Range overnight, forecasters said. Front Range temperatures are expected to fall into the low 20s and not climb above freezing Thursday. Snow chances from the storm are 20 to 30 percent on most of Colorado's ski resorts in Summit, Grand, Pitkin and Routt counties. Snow is not forecast this week for southwest Colorado. Another wave of moisture could occur Saturday night or Sunday morning, but that storm appears weak at this point, according to the National Weather Service. -- The Denver Post & the National Weather Service |
