Macias, Williams win Alex Hoag Run for Sunshine 5K

Mario Macias and Ali Williams topped the field Saturday morning in the Alex Hoag Run for Sunshine 5K at Security Service Field.
Macias finished the 3.1-mile course in 14 minutes, 36 seconds. He was followed by Robert Cheseret (14:47) and Tommy Neal (15:13).
Williams won the women's crown in 17:58. Adrian Chouinard was second in 18:40 and Sarah Kulczycki was third in 19:41.
Nearly 350 finished the race.
