Boat of missing fisherman found in Colorado River |

Garfield County Search and Rescue is searching for a missing fisherman after recovering his boat, which sank in the Colorado River last week.
The operation started at 10 a.m. Saturday and the boat was removed from the Colorado River at 12:15 p.m.
The Garfield County Emergency Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call at 3:51 p.m. Oct. 14 of a missing person in the Colorado River. The caller reported that his friend's boat collided with an overpass pillar and his friend was ejected into the water near the Rifle boat launch.
