Ask Loveland how the I-70 closure is hurting business

I took this at noon today at Loveland, and there was NOBODY there, despite getting 11 inches of snow in the past 48 hours. I'd blame the Interstate 70 closure, which had the highway (in the background) shut down in both directions from Empire to Silverthorne. Most people beat the closure and got there before 9 a.m.
Good day of skiing for April - mega-strong winds meant there was untracked powder everywhere, thought the ski area shut down the upper lift by 11, after yours truly was nearly blown off the chair and over the Continental Divide.
Ah, the joys of working election night. Now on to the city council race.....
