Copper Mountain hosting $10,000 slopestyle event

From Feb. 15-16, 100 skiers and snowboarders will take to Copper Mountain's Catalyst Terrain Park with their sights set on the $20,000 purse for the Krahooligan Cash Cow slopestyle contest.
Fifty skiers and 50 snowboarders will make up the two men's fields eligible for the prize money with 20 athletes in each advancing to the finals. There is $10,000 of winnings available on each side of the contest with the winning skier and snowboarder each receiving $5,000.
The entry fee is $125, and prize money is given to the top-10 finishers in each discipline. There will also be prizes given for best tricks.
