Trick or Treat in Vail this weekend

The 17th annual "Trick or Treat Trot" will wind through the streets of Vail Village and LionsHead on Halloween this Sunday. Children up to age 10 and their families are invited to participate in the Vail Recreation District's Halloween festivities.
The event includes Halloween story hour at 1 p.m. in the Vail Public Library before the costume parade. From 2 to 5 p.m., children will march through the streets of Vail for treats at merchants that display an oversized jack-o-lantern bag at their entrance.
