General over-the-counter (OTC) big game licenses, as well as OTC bear licenses with caps will be available for purchase by internet, telephone (800-244-5613), license agents and Division of Wildlife offices starting 9 a.m. July 13. Cap licenses are sold for archery, muzzleloading and rifle bear, as well as some units for rifle elk. The OTC Cap License List will be updated every 15 minutes in an effort to continually inform hunters and license agents how many are left during the rush. |
